1. Service Principles
Payment & Refund Guarantee
Each activation purchase holds the corresponding balance from your wallet. Funds are only permanently charged upon successful receipt of the verification SMS. If canceled or timed out without receiving an SMS, the held amount is instantly released back to your available balance under our strict "No code, no pay" rule.
Provider Availability
Phone numbers are sourced from verified international telecom partner networks. We make every effort to maintain high availability but do not guarantee unlimited stock for every service at all times.
